It started a 12-year addiction, ten of which were pretty extensive, like a daily or every other day habit. I was introduced to cocaine when I was 21 or 22 years old, and that was game over for me. What led to my “career” - for lack of a better word - in addiction was cocaine. But it’s not like I was doing these drugs on a daily basis. I was more of a poly-substance abuser than an addict at that time, trying everything under the rainbow and loving it. Once I got to high school, drugs were rampant. ![]()
